I will be taking notes of the questions that my students struggle to understand or answer correctly, and from those questions i will form sets of questions that will aid the student in those areas and strengthen their weaknesses. I will be providing quality support during and after lessons. All students are unique so i will tailor my lessons according to the ability and needs of the student, with the overall goal of achieving the A* in the final exams.

Personal Description:
I am an enthusiastic and well-motivated Mathematics Graduate from the University of Nottingham and also studied at Mayfield Grammar School Gravesend. I achieved 8 A*'s and 3 A's for my GCSEs and 1 A* and 2 A's for my A-Levels (with an A* in Maths).

Teaching Experience:
I am passionate about encouraging students to learn and helping them to improve their understanding of Maths. I am an experienced private tutor with over 4 years of experience, tutoring KS2, KS3, GCSE and A-Level Maths. I enjoy working with children and I am dedicated to helping them to excel academically.

Tutoring Approach:
I teach each student with a technique that suits them best as I understand that each student has different needs. My method of teaching involves explaining topics with examples and questions from textbooks. I also use past exam papers as these are fundamental for teaching GCSEs. I am a friendly and approachable tutor who is dedicated to helping students to improve their grades. My aim is to make the sessions enjoyable and to help build the students' confidence.

I am a former City analyst with 20+ years experience and moved into teaching in higher education nearly 7 years ago.

Teaching Experience:
Over 7 years teaching experience in higher education and have been tutoring online since Jan 2022.

Tutoring Approach:
I am currently a lecturer in Finance at the University of Stirling and have two Masters degrees in Finance and Economics and have commenced a PhD in Economics and Business Administration at LUT (Finland). I have experience of tutoring Maths and Economics (A level and Scottish Highers) online and enjoy teach both of these subjects outside my teaching hours in the evening and weekends (Saturday only). I am a patient teacher and like to identify topics where candidates need help.
